Why is good to have blog doing this job

Having your own blog doing this business is almost "must have" thing. I will explain my reasons to think that.

1. It is easier to promote on Facebook.
If you started to promote SFI business on Facebook, you probably noticed that you cannot share your Gateways links there. Why? Facebook will block your Gateways links all the time because someone has spammed with their links and now nobody cannot put even one link. Because of that, it is great to have your own blog with at least basic information about business. You can post whatever you want and change or edit posts anytime.

2. It is easier to promote anywhere.
Anywhere, anytime, it is easier to promote with blog. It is easier to put link of your blog in your advertisement with all important details than write long ads every time.

3. Save your time.

If you started seriously with this job, you probably noticed that you have so much to do but such a short time to do everything. In my case is like that. I wish my day is sometimes at lease 35 hours long. :)
If you have blog, you should not write every time same thing to explain something. You will save your time every time you promote and every time you are trying to introduce someone with job.

4. It will be easier for you to be great Sponsor.
People have so many questions about this job. And this is absolutely normal. After some time, you will notice what are the most asked questions - write answers on your blog and you will save your time again. Be sponsor with answer, always!

5. Your ads will have explanation.

when you start to work with people, you will notice that they want to know EVERYTHING. Especially when you talk about their potential job and their time. You cannot put everything in your advertisement, but if you provide blog link, your ad will have excellent explanation.

What I am trying to say? It is very important to save your time and make your job as easier as possible. Sometimes you get over 10 requests in same time - if you have your blog, it will be easy to handle with that. Be smart, save your time and make your job easy - time is money.

How to be an AWESOME SFI Sponsor

If you already tried to be SFI Sponsor, you probably have a lot of questions: what should I do, how to react on something, how to deal with some problems, what not to do ect.

Because of that, I want to show you some of my TOP rules to be an awesome SFI Sponsor.

To be successful doing this job, you should follow few easy rules:


1. Be an example to others.
One of the most important rules s to be an example. If you want to have "hard-workers" and quality team, you should show your team how to become successful.

How to achieve this:

• lead with examples, not just with words - SHOW your team that you really work in this company. Do not only tell what to do, how, to do and what they can achieve. SHOW THEM.
• spread positive energy - if you do not want to have less and less members in your team or whole team with lot of negative energy, you should start to talk positive and spread positive energy. Try hard to distract attention from negative, compliment your members for their success - lead positive!
• do not slow down - if you notice that someone really want to work (want to work more), do not stop them! It is good to push them a little bit if they really want to work. There is nothing wrong in working hard.
• learn - every leader have this title because of learning. Learning is so important to succeed in this job. If you want to be an awesome leader you should take time and learn as much as you can. Be in some kind advantage, try to know more ("better), share your knowledge. If you want to show your team that you are truly leader, try to show them using your knowledge - show them that you really do know how to do this job.

2. Share your knowledge with others and be supportive.
If you really want to succeed in this business, you should learn your team how to be successful too. You will achieve this only if you are supportive and if you share your knowledge enough. Use everything you have to achieve this, because this is extremely important to them, but for you too.

Only way to be successful is to learn others how to do that!

How to achieve this:

• write welcome message - it is very important to write welcome message that will introduce your new PSA with job and some basic information about job. At the end of that message, you should write your contact details and leave note that you are always there if they need your help.
• write welcome mail - except welcome message in SFI, you should write an "welcome email" too. It is desirable to write something about job, introduce your members with working, send them some useful materials for start up and so on.
• useful materials - if you are doing this job for some time, you probably have a lot of materials (documents, photos, ect.) to share. Something that helped you when you started to work in this company. Share that with your new member. If you have some great advice - share it! If you have some tips that you find useful - tell them too. Be supportive, always.
• learn them to learn - despite everything, it is not desirable to "serve" everything you know on plate. Learn your members to find information they need, learn them to learn. In SFI, there is a lot of training material or questions/answers - that means there is no need for writing same thing over and over again. Show your members where they can find information (answer with sentence or two and put them link where they can see more details about their question).
• motivation - everybody lose it sometimes. Like in other jobs (or anything else in life), something it is not perfect always. Try to motivate you workers. You can do that if you send them SOMETIMES PSA group mail with motivational message inside. 

3. Devote your time to our workers.
In this job it is everything about your capabilities and how much of your time you invest in this business. But in one moment, everybody find that sometimes is so hard to get new members. If you are doing this job for a long time now, you maybe will not have taht problem anymore but beginners always "taste that piece of cake". If you have this problem, what would you do when you find new PSA? You just got your PSA and you are spending a few hours to explain him/her something? WRONG!! If taht person really want to work, he/she will find answer very fast. Do not write novels! Show them where they can find some information and that's it.

4. Be quick.
Try to respond to your mails and messages in period of 24 hours (MAXIMUM).

5. Recognize workers.
Do not waste your time on someone who do not want to work. Someone who have a lot of questions and trying NOT to remember anything you said before. Check out your "MOVERS" Tab at SFI - there you can see which members of your team are the most active. Work with them! They are people who need your full attention.

6.Be there from a very start.

As soon as you got your PSA, you will get notification from SFI. If you are able to be online at the same time, hurry and start chat with your new member. You can start that conversation with simply question (after you introduce yourself): "How can I help you?". This is something everyone wants to hear when they do not know where to even start.

7. Check out VP Ledger page.
You should take a little bit of your time sometimes and check out VP Ledger site of you workers. Check if there is anything what they missed and show them how to collect more points.

8. Recognize success!
Even if your member achieve a tiny success, be nice and congratulate them. It is hard for everyone at the beginning - show them that they did something amazing!

9. Have you stared to follow SFI's rules of success?

You should! SFI's Rules Of Success are not there "just in case". You should follow this rules if you want to success. Read it (even 10 times per day every day) and run your business successfully.

WHAT NOT TO DO?

1. Ignore your member's questions and answering with automatic messages.
Everyone who is new in this business sometimes have question. You should be aware that somebody can'n so easy find answer. Try to response on every question you got even with a sentence or two. 
It is also very important not to answer with automatic mails / messages. You should take time for everybody. 

2. Try not to be bad example.
Do not do anything you do not want to your members to follow. Show them what and how to do.

3. Control your emotions.
Working with people is sometimes really hard. But you should control emotions and show them that you are nice and supportive person. Do not act annoyed in front of people. Even if you think that something is extremely "unnecessarily" to ask, take a deep breath and try to be sensible and supportive. Try to use this magic sentence: "I understand your problem, I will help you."

4. Do not work to much.
This is not advice for you. That means you should not do for your workers. You should do your job and they need to do do their job. If you start to work for someone else, you should expect that you will waste a lot of time doing this in future.

5. Focus.
It is very important to stay motivated. Not just you but your members too. Do not pay any attention to negative people. They will always stay like that - negative and you do not need that trying hard to achieve something.

Daily tasks in SFI

If you have joined SFI, first of all, I have to say congratulations and I wish you a lot of success!

As you probably know, you should collect VP doing daily actions. I will show you in few steps what you should do every day to collect every single VP point and what you can do to win some other prizes such as free TC Credits, larger amount of VersaPoints, MRP points or even CASH prize! 

Let's start!

1. TABS

As you can see on photo, every day your tabs will become RED. That means you did not see them this day (you have not collected points). For seeing each of this tab you will get 1 VP every day. That means: 11 VP daily * 30 days per moth = 330 VP each month!

How to collect this points?

For example, click on "To-do list" tab. Then you should read everything on this site and go  all the way to the bottom of the page. At the bottom of the page, there will be blue button (it will be visible after a few seconds).

When you click on that button, your 1 VP is collected. 

You should do the same for every other red tab except "Goals" and "Ask SC" tabs.

How to collect VP on "Goals" tab?

First you should determine what will be your goals this month (for example, let's say your goals will be to enroll 5 new PSAs, and to have at least one TC Member - set this in your goals). To collect your point, at the bottom of that page, you should write what have you done this day to achieve this goals.

Click on blue button and that is it.

How to deal with "Ask SC" tab?
Click on GO button.

Then you will get 10 questions with answers that you should read. When you read the answers, you will need to apprise this answers with "Yes" or "No".

* What is this "Yes" or "No" - after you read the answers, SFI asks you was this answer helpful to you. That means you can answer whatever you want - it is completely your opinion.

When you are done with answers you will get message:

In that moment your VersaPoints are collected BUT you have opportunity to answer on another 20 questions. To do that, you should click on "Click here". If you answer on another 20 questions, you will get ONE chance MORE to win in Daily Grand drawing. My advice is to definitely use that opportunity!

2. LAST TAB "WIN IT!"

This tab will not me red colored and that means that you will not get VP but if you want to try to win some valuable prizes, you should see that tab every day and click on blue button to enter that day's drawing.

Prizes are more than great:

Except all of that, every week one person will get the greatest prize of 250$ in cash!

3. T-TIME GAME

It is preferable to play T-Time game as often as you can, every day. How T-Time game works?

Go on TripleClicks - Games - T-Time, as on photo.

Click on blue button to enter the game.

You do not have to buy this product at all. It is important just to click on it and wait for 20 seconds - there will be timer. When timer comes to zero, you should click on link to enter this round of the game.

Every hour, you can enter the game and try to win a prize - you have chance to win 2 free TC credits. If you win the prize, you will not be able to play again this day. That means you can win only one time per day.

You should do this 3 simple tasks every day to be sure you are using full potential SFI gives you. This tasks are completely free (which means you do not have to spend any money or TripleClicks credits on it).

Why some people do not earn money on the internet?

Whey you join SFI, you will get:

• free huge training material - over 80 lessons about doing in SFI, about internet marketing and about building your success
• 30 Launchpad lessons - these are lessons for beginners which you will get every day (first 30 days in SFI)
• your own sponsor - this is person who will teach you how to work, how to succeed in this business
• whole team of real people who will work with you - except sponsor, you will also have a team of people who are longest than you in this business and they have some knowledge to share with you. They will also teach you how they did something, share some advice and so on.

But, despite all this, there are still people who do not earn anything on the internet. Why is that? First reason is because they are focused on wrong thing. Your goal doing business is money but this should not be only thing you think about.

There is nothing wrong in that if you want to earn money but this should be your motivation. Something you will ACHIEVE doing something else. The problem is that people are focused on money but they do not think about "achieve" part of story.

This is because SFI (or any other job on the internet) is "job without boss". Because of that people think that this is not serious. But this job in SFI IS serious. On the other site, you should always ask yourself: "How could I even imagine to earn something if I do not do anything? Will I be paid on real job if I do not do anything?", or "Will I even have my job (talking about real job) if I will not work?", or "Will I get my payment from my boss just because I showed on my workplace?" Answer is crystal clear: NO! 

Focusing on money is wrong because you always expect to see that number somewhere. But if you really want to see that number you should focus on something else. You should think about other part of story: "Why will that number be here?", "How will this number appear here?" or the most important: "What should I do to get that number up here?". It will not appear by itself! Ask yourself: "To whom you will give your money for doing nothing?" To nobody!

It is very important to focus on WORK! Doing real job, if you succeed in something, you will probably heard something nice from your boss: "You did this great!", or "Well done, if you keep doing this job like that you will get promotion soon.". Doing this business, in SFI, you will be payed immediately if you work great. The thing you do doing real job - you are trying to impress your boss, you are trying to make him money, nothing else. In this job is same - if you want to earn, you will have to try harder and harder every day.

And remember! Every start is hard. You get new job - you do not know to work, you do not know anybody of people you work with but you will learn everything soon. Again, same is here. 

Because of all that it is very important to stay focused on work, not just on money. Ask yourself every single day: "What should I do to earn that money?". Focus on work, on CHANGE, and this is the only way to achieve your goals - to earn money.
